Price wise it's not like buying a car

As it relates to the final price I was wondering beforehand if this buying process was like a car... you see a sticker price and let the haggling begin. This is not the case with scooters. In my experience you'll need to add several hundred dollars in fees to the sticker price to get it on the road.
